Open the door and you’re instantly in awe of the beautiful layout of this spacious home. Everything at "Ocean Breeze" is brand new, clean and shiny like a new penny! Great open floor plan and big windows to take in the Pacific Ocean views! Gather around the living room for conversation and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace. With just a flick of a switch you can set the mood for your loved one, family or friends. The big comfy couch can turn into a queen-size sofa sleeper; there is also a matching love seat plus two chairs, so there is plenty of room for all. You won’t feel left out if you’re in the fully stocked kitchen where you can cook meals, sip fine Sonoma County wines and be in on the conversation.

"Ocean Breeze" has 3 inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is decorated in shades of blues and whites, it has a king size bed and its own full bath. The middle bedroom has two twin beds all deck in pretty purples. Bedroom number three has a queen size bed covered with a quilt that has nautical colors and beautiful furniture with a beach finish.

Outside the grounds are nicely landscaped with all sorts if beach grasses, flowers and colorful ground cover. There is an abundance of wildlife, innumerable birds to observe, you’ll want to bring your camera and binoculars. Take advantage of the deck, relax and enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon cool beverage, or evening cocktail at sunset. The sunsets are spectacular with colors that range from vibrant oranges, reds, pinks to purples. Have you ever seen the green flash?

Take a short 5 minute scenic walk to Portuguese Beach. Collect shells, beach glass, pack a picnic, or just stroll along the water’s edge. Hear the sounds of the surf and smell the fresh ocean air….. it’s therapeutic!
