Newly remodeled "Sea Watch" is located in Sereno Del Mar where you can stroll down hill through the scenic neighborhood to mile long Portuguese Beach. Collect shells, beach glass, and tiny pebbles. Who knows what other treasures you will find? This beautiful cozy home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bath has a heated towel rack, now how nice is that?! Comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, Wolf stove, and a central island. Efficient and attractive track lighting illuminates the kitchen, as does the sun shining in the many windows. There is even a flat screen TV so the chef doesn’t miss out on any of the action! The adjacent living room has a TV, wood burning stove, big leather couches and love seats. There is another flat screen TV where you can gather to watch movies, entertain, or just hang out.

You might find the Sun Room to be your favorite place, so warm and inviting with windows and skylights all around, tastefully decorated with a nautical feel. Curl up with a good book, or just sit and gaze at the Pacific Ocean and take in all the beautiful scenery around you. Wait and watch for the parade of deer that pass by daily, jackrabbits, cottontail bunnies and a variety of birds. You may even catch a glimpse of "Bob" the bobcat!

Outside there are decks and a patio with a gas BBQ grill, from there you can watch amazing sunsets from the private enclosed yard. The front yard has a big enough grassy area to fly a kite, or have a picnic with the Ocean as your background, picture that!

His star, Tippi Hedren, still comes to Bodega Bay every 4th of July and Labor Day weekend to sign her books and meet with the tourist and locals alike….
