The "Barn" is a bright, eclectic one bedroom oasis nestled into 1.8 acres, 3 miles north of Sebastopol. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed with en suite bathroom and shower, wardrobe, sitting area, and lots of stained glass windows. A second bedroom loft with private entrance has 2 queen beds and it's own full bath. Complete gourmet kitchen. Large Great Room with heat and A/C. Windows across its length look out to a private garden. Lots of light in the winter months!
Included: Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Water, Phone, Laundry Access, Patio Furniture, Bar-B-Que, designated parking on site. Depending on the time of year, the orchard can be rich with blackberries, concord grapes, apple, walnut, pear, persimmon, and peach trees.
Local Graton stores, as well as restaurants with extensive menus are nearby, including a convenience store, bus stop and wineries; all within walking distance!
